6.3 Game Contributions

7Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

Bets placed on markets that were suspended or closed at the time of placement will be voided and the stake returned. 11Account Suspension & Closure

During a suspension, access to funds may be restricted pending investigation.

11.2 Investigation Period

When an account is suspended pending investigation, bet635 will notify the account holder by email within 72 hours. The investigation period may last up to 30 days. During this period, bet635 may request documentation to verify identity, payment methods or the source of funds. Failure to cooperate with the investigation may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

11.3 Closure by the Player

You may request account closure at any time by contacting bet635 live chat support. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, we will process the closure immediately and offer to escalate to a formal self-exclusion that will prevent future re-registration. If there are no active bonuses or pending withdrawals, your remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

14Changes to These Terms
